We help you train your restaurant's staff to be more knowledgeable about wine through tastings and seminars

We will also help you organize the most delicious wine event: you choose the venue, you choose the theme, and you choose the wine! We will assist you in:

• Choosing a theme for your wine event.
• Provide you with a well structured wine list fit to your budget
• Assist you selecting the wines and pairing your event featured menu (We also be happy to design the menu for you!)
• Will provide you with a personalized event stationary and wine tasting fact sheets.
• Chef Melissa will offer personalized attention for your group by explaining them the wines while they are served on your table.

Pre-prepared Dinners for the Week

Have a delicious dinner waiting for you when you get home from work: dine in with Chef Melissa'a five entrée (20 serving) personal chef service: Dinner for five nights, or a customized number of entrees according to personal need. Melissa will design a personalized menu for the week, prepare all the food and provide easy heating instructions.

All travel expenses (out of Panama City area) are to be added to the final charge, for example: hotel, air ticket or other transportation, basic meals, taxis, laundry. A deposit is required. No exceptions. All deposits are non-refundable. Prices subject to change.
